Our flight from Sydney via Hawaii was long but ran to schedule, we both caught some sleep. By the time we cleared customs in Hawaii it was time to board for the second leg.
We arrived in Seattle on time and promptly made our way by taxi to our Hotel in the downtown Seattle arriving at 1030 pm.. We drop our bags in the room and headed off in search of a pub.A couple of blocks later we stumbled into the Castle and Elephant on 5th Avenue for a couple of rounds with a bucket of chilli wings on the side. At midnight final drinks were called and we stumbled our way back to bed. ย Seattle is a lovely city, very clean, wide streets and easy to walk around. Headless to say Pam found the main shopping district and that was the morning gone. Note the picture.
We boarded the Infinity around lunchtime and unpacked and settled into our new home for the next 24 nights. Our cabin is quite spacious in comparison to some we have experienced. The food is wonderful and despite the 2000 passengers lot of places to sit and relax grab a coffee and chat to fellow Travellers. ย Anyway we are steaming north and the temperature is seemingly getting colder as we go and the wind has freshened a little. We berth in Ketchikan, Alaska tomorrow having booked an excursion by sea kayak for the Tattoosh Island. Love Michael and Pam XXX
