The usual services + free bus to centrum. <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/1EP9tLETtHA7ECTa6\">N58.95164 E11.17374<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We had a very quiet evening at Molnlycke other than some yobbo sounding his horn loudly at some time, but no sleep was lost. &nbsp;We woke up to a wonderful view of Lake R\u00e4dasj\u00f6n through the front windscreen. &nbsp;As we have breakfast the locals are coming down for a swim. &nbsp;The water is 16-17c a bit chilli for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/a><figcaption>This panorama should open to provide our view of the lake this morning.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>We have identified a motorhome friendly car park in the centrum of G\u00f6teborg (Gothenburg) and we head into the city about 9.30. &nbsp;There doesn&#8217;t appear to be a lot of traffic about and we have parked next to another couple of motorhomes on the canal. &nbsp;It&#8217;s SEK20 and hour or about A$3.10 an hour, so I cough up SEK40 and we head for the information Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>For a city, G\u00f6teborg is an easy place to get around and park.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_3.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Some care crossing G\u00f6teborg&#8217;s wide boulevardes are required. Trams, buses the odd car and bicycles \ud83d\udeb4&nbsp;out to get you.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_4.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>We walk the length of the Avenyn (the main street), to find a statue and fountain dedicated to Apollo. Given the morning sun Apollo behind provided the best photo.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_6.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>As we walk down towards the old part of the G\u00f6teborg, the architecture get a Paris feel about it.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_7.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Described in the local tourist blurb as &#8216;the old town&#8217;. The buildings change somewhat, lots of timber. Little eateries and shops, not touristy as it has a local feel.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_8.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"999\"\/><figcaption>We find the G\u00f6teburg Dom on our way back to the Hymer. Sorry about the photo, the Dom doesn&#8217;t have a lean on it. &nbsp;There was an odd sort of fellow to my left throwing bread to a flock of pigeons (why ?). &nbsp;Then he would suddenly dive at them as if to catch one. &nbsp;Focusing on the camera is difficult with one eye on some nutter.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg_9.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>It was much more peaceful inside the Dom, than keeping an eye out for a fellow planning pigeon pie.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Goteborg.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Having walked the G\u00f6teborg tourist trail, its time to head north again on the E6.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/08\/Str\u00f6mstad_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>We turn off the E6 for Str\u00f6mstad.
