The Netherlands<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Visited : Domburg and the Sea Dykes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stayed : Roompot Camping, North Beveland, Zeeland. &nbsp;\u20ac14 all the usual services. <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/k9yZeQdzroF2\">N51.58918 E03.72157<\/a> &nbsp;(P4Night site)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>It was a bit of a lay-day in camper car world today. &nbsp;We had to vacate our Aire in Middelburg by 7am (the signs say the site is closing for two weeks for maintenance). &nbsp;So it was a very early start and we are on the road well before 7. &nbsp;We decide to drive to nearby Domburg and have a look at the sea dykes that protect Zeeland from the North Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Arriving in Domburg we find a parking spot (another park and pay \u20ac1.50) and walk through the village. &nbsp;They are just setting up street stalls for a market along the Main Street. &nbsp;We don&#8217;t see anything very interesting in the food department so walk on through to the beach, just a hundred metres further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Domburg_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>The pathway and dyke looking south-west from Domburg. This section of the sea wall faces west, it&#8217;s much higher than other sections we have seen and fully stabilized.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Domburg_7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"1200\"\/><figcaption>You can guess what this is ?<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/Domburg_8.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>After lunch in the sun it&#8217;s time for a nap. A couple of hours later there are people, cars and motorhomes everywhere.
