With services. &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/maps\/XjRr6JHDbcXGPKNLA\">N41.92237, E13.85577<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Budget: &nbsp;91 days @ \u20ac96 per day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst I dream of saving vestal virgins and my new found powers as Maximus Aurilous, the night passes quietly. &nbsp;No barking dogs. &nbsp;The staff of the museum start arriving about 8am so we start to make a move.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have a coffee and some fruit. &nbsp;There isn\u2019t even a bin here at Sepino so it doesn\u2019t take long to get ready. &nbsp;Rejoining the SS17 north-west.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Road_15.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>10 or 15 klms north of Saepinum the mountain of Monti del Matese rise on our left. &nbsp;The cloud forming off the higher peaks create a strange fenomina.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/DellAddolorata_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Through the mist, cloud or whatever it was Pam spots something so we take the next exit or escita off the main road.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/DellAddolorata_4-2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>We drive up the hill above town of Castelpetroso to the Basilica Dell\u2019Addolorata. &nbsp;We stop in the car-park and have a wander.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/DellAddolorata_6-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"825\" height=\"1100\"\/><figcaption>A quick look inside. Pam\u2019s favourite stairs today, so far.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Civitelia_Alfedena_6.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>At the top village, we find this spring.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Civitelia_Alfedena_7.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>As we walked about Civitelia Alfedena there are signs indicating that Linx can be seen in the area, but all we saw was this deer.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Scanno_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>30 minutes later we drive into Scanno. There is a sosta on the lake about 4 klms on the other side of town so we continue on and check it out. &nbsp;Looks good from here.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Scanno_3.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>Our parking place at the sosta by the lake, not fancy but the price was right, with services.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Scanno_5.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><figcaption>So we take the scooter off the rack and go for a buzz up town. We arrive to find the town full of people, I keep looking for the free beer sign, but no luck.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/michaelandpamstravels.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/Scanno_6.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\"\/><figcaption>The church is the centre of all Italian villages, mind you Scanno has four.
